Grey Sparrow Press holds First North American and World-Wide Serial Rights for online and print publications once an agreement between the publisher and the writer is established for publication. Status will be communicated via e-mail promptly. New submissions by a published Grey Sparrow Journal author should not be sought until one year after publication.

When attribution of photography and/or art is not offered, the work comes from the public domain. Grey Sparrow Press, on occasion, pays a modest fee to copy editors for review of pending publications of books. Archives
A database is available that lists prior publications with Grey Sparrow Press under “Publications.” Work prior to Issue 31 may not be linked. Approximately two weeks out of the month is invested in a growing, voluminous database of writing. Should a contributor not be able to locate a citation for publication in the archives, please contact dsdianefuller@gmail.com
Use and Sharing of Personal Information
We may send certain mandatory service communications such as letters of consideration and acceptance and operation notices. Grey Sparrow editors and readers also have access to submissions for review.
